IPSI would like to advise that unplanned service impacts have been identified within IPSI's Dashboard service.

Description: Some users have reported they are experiencing issues when attempting to log in to the IPSI dashboard.

Users that are affected were able to resolve this by clearing their site details on their browsers, using an alternative browser or within a private mode tab.

Transactions, reporting and payment pages have not been affected.
