IPSI Third party maintenance - Fiserv Feb 26, 2026 00:00-05:00 AEDT

Description: Fiserv will be upgrading the operating systems of the network switch devices that make up the core network fabric at the North Ryde Data Centre (NRDC).

The core network fabric provides connectivity to all of the production application platforms at the NRDC.

This change was previously scheduled for 8th November 2025.

Impact Details: There may be the potential for two outages of up to ten (10) minutes each to the services listed above, as connectivity is failed over to the alternate network switch and back again during the change.

The failovers are expected to occur at approximately 01:00 and 02:00 AEDT.

What you need to do: Please forward this notification to the appropriate teams within your business to ensure operational and support teams are aware of this change.

Resolved - The 799's do appear to be affecting specific card holders, and IPSI can confirm that these are not being submitted downstream.

IPSI does not expect reconcilation issues to happen but are continuing to work with Till teams to understand what may be the issue

IPSI Teams have observed and are investigating a higher than usual number of 799 errors appearing for Till Transactions.

Impact: Transactions via Till Gateway may encounter 799 unauthorised errors

Scheduled - IPSI would like to advise of the termination of our EnterpriseSecure legacy transaction query service.

These services per previous communications entered limited support January 1 2025 and End of Life April 14th 2025. Given the end of life status a fixed termination date for the service has been set for January 31st 2026.

This service is suceeded by dynamic query (https://docs.ipsi.com.au/docs/dynamic-query/bvubedrlm52q8-getting-started)

Services affected include the endpoints for single and bulk queries.
Single: /pfr-transaction/v1/transaction/single
Bulk: /pfr-transaction/v1/transaction/bulk

Change Risk: High

Description of Change: Beyond January 31st 2026 legacy transaction query will no longer be available.
